Through advocacy, we provide innovative opportunities for people to learn by doing, aligned with various engagement and communications, to make sure we reach the right people at the right time. Our purpose is to equip leaders and staff to take ownership and accountability for change.

Our Change Advocacy sessions ensure that your people are ready for change when it happens and leads to the firm embedding of the new ways of working that support your visionary workplace.

We regularly meet with key staff to communicate the changes at strategic points to share with others. With support from leadership, these key people become the role models for the change who we equip with the information and the tools to effectively communicate compelling change messages in alignment to the broader programme in place.

Making the change ‘real’ is an important aspect of any change programme as mindset change can take a lot longer to establish. We create opportunities  for staff to share stories and experience a hands-on approach  to workplace changes in an environment where they are comfortable. Our intention with these strategies is to have your people and start to practice the changes, become comfortable with them, and start working in ways as the wider business means to go on.
