Louise is a genuine people-centric Director who draws on more than 20 years of experience in advocating change for many of Australia’s largest organisations. Louise has worked in all sectors imaginable: private, public, industrial, and charitable.

Louise is one of the country’s most respected expert Change Advocate with extensive experience in Change Implementation, Project Management, Risk Management, Project Governance and Validation: all focused on stakeholder engagement and sustained organisation-wide improvement. She is an absolute professional with strong business acumen and a proven track record in delivering large complex change projects.

She is passionate about reducing corporate waste in all its forms, tangible and intangible. Louise’s approach is one of pragmatic collaboration aiding organisations to align with project goals and deliverables. Her philosophy is to partner with the client to optimise stakeholder involvement and deliver long-lasting change.

When not at work, you will find Louise with her family. Either watching them play soccer, on the soccer pitch herself, at the gym, or in the garden harvesting and preserving organic produce grown by her husband. Growing food is essential to the bigger picture of living sustainably reducing packaging and food miles.
