Monica is a highly experienced, authentic and proactive Project Consultant with an upbeat personality and a healthy sense of humour. She is passionate about supporting businesses to overcome challenges and pull together as one, embed change and ensure it sticks.

Her experience extends across many industries including Revlon, Moray and Agnew Lawyers, Reece, Bank of China and Allianz Stadium.

As the primary onsite contact, Monica immerses herself in what makes a client’s workplace unique, together with understanding their visionary workplace.  She believes consistent communication, precise planning and conceptual thinking are intrinsic to creating positive experiences and successful project delivery. She works tirelessly to produce content that engages with staff and pushes a project towards achieving positive and long-lasting change.

In her spare time, Monica is often found in museums getting her historical fix and flexing her knowledge of history or trying out new physical activities to her such as long-distance running and bouldering.
