Racking systems require dismantling, transport, reinstallation, and compliance certification at the new site. We coordinate racking contractors, manage the reinstatement sequence, and integrate racking installation into the broader move programme so that inventory transfer can proceed efficiently.

Industrial sites operate under strict OHS requirements. We manage all contractor inductions, access controls, and safety requirements throughout the project, ensuring every person on site is inducted and every activity is compliant.

We begin with an advisory engagement specific to your industrial environment: site assessment, operational dependency mapping, machinery inventory, and racking audit. From this we build a detailed relocation programme — a sequenced, time-phased plan that coordinates all activities across the entire project.
On move days, we manage contractor sequencing on site, conduct end-of-day debriefs, and issue next-day overviews to all stakeholders. We maintain contingency resources throughout.
